Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item was purchased directly from anchuanghome.com

Not eligible: Used, damaged, altered items, or items purchased from third-party sellers.

Important: Do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

3. Our team will review your request (usually within 24 hours) and provide return instructions
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

- Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

- Sales taxes or duties paid by the customer (if any) are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a full refund or free replacement (including original shipping) as quickly as possible.
