Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at: 
Address: A03-4 Plot, Shantou Free Trade Zone, Shantou, Guangdong 515041, China

We operate as a manufacturer-direct seller and use reliable international carriers to deliver to the United States.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to: 
- Contiguous United States (48 mainland states)
- Alaska
- Hawaii

We do not ship to: 

- U.S. military bases (APO/FPO)
- U.S. overseas territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

Shipping Costs

- Orders over $25 USD: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $25 USD: Flat shipping fee of $5 USD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). 
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States: 10–20 business days after shipment.

Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances.

Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped from China on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means: - Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the customer. - These charges are **not included** in your order total or shipping cost. - You may need to pay them directly to the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

We cannot pre-calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes, as they depend on the item’s value, classification, and current U.S. regulations.

Note: Due to recent changes in U.S. import rules (including the de minimis exemption), even low-value orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Failure to pay may result in the package being delayed, held by customs, or returned to us.

We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for more information if you are concerned about potential duties.
